Listen carefully as the patient tells about caregiver assistance, bathing, meal preparation, and how he manages getting to doctor appointments. Are words clear? In understandable sentences or phrases? Is he trying to tell you something familiar but can't without prompting or assistance? Is he struggling to produce a word, sentence, or phrase?
